We now know that Lenovo is getting ready to launch its "LePad Tablet". Remember, it was first unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show in January, although a previous version had been announced early last year. It is now expected to be launched in March this year in China, and then globally in June.
We still don't know the exact price or the specifications for this tablet but we do know that it will run on Google's tablet OS. However, the last time they talked about it, it was going to have a 10.1 inch display running the Android 2.2 OS on a 1.3GHz processor from Snapdragon, 1280 x 800 resolution with a price tag of about 500 dollars. The question now on everyone's lips is will it have its custom "LeOS" skin or Honeycomb? We'll have to wait and see!
